Cyansources makes supplier information readily available to our clients, so that it's clear who they're working with.

Cyansources never takes commissions from vendors, shipping companies or other parties, nor do we receive profit from any product sales or shipping.

What Cyansource ​Does Not Cover

Although Cyansources works hard to prevent problems, we are not liable for risks incurred when making order transactions. It is our job to manage your supply chain in an efficient manner, but all executive decisions about the project’s course must come from you.

Cyansources only requires that clients pay for what is listed below:

1. Cyansources’s service fees - based on each PO/PI. Please contact us for details.

2. Complete reimbursement for the following:

( 1 ) Traveling (in order to verify your supplier and meet with them through out the project, QC, touring with clients, hotel fees, etc.),

( 2 ) Sample fees (covering the cost of the samples and their shipping)

Please Note:

​Cyansources handles upfront research without charging preliminary fees.

​Whether or not an order is placed through Cyansources, all expenses must be reimbursed.

​All project transactions are between our clients and the vendors. Cyansources is a reliable 3rd party organizer, independent from clients and vendors. Our job is to provide supply chain management services. We are not a participating member in the order.

Since all purchase orders are between our clients (the buyer) and vendors (the supplier), the buyer will make the PO payment directly to the suppliers they work with.

Cyansources will charge our service fees along with those expenses through a separate invoice to the buyer. As with most other international businesses, payment to the supplier will involve a 30% deposit and 70% balance before products are shipped. Payments to Cyansources will be made within the two days period after the product is shipped.
